The Big Day
The Ceremony
Our ceremony will take place on Tuesday September 13th, 2022 at 12pm Eastern time at Disney's Wedding Pavilion at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in Walt Disney World, Florida.
Doors will open at 11:30am. Please arrive by 11:45am so that you have time to be seated before the ceremony begins.
Guest attire should be formal, black-tie optional: suit and tie, tuxedo, formal gown, cocktail dress, etc.
The Reception
Our cocktail hour will be held from 1pm to 2pm Eastern time at the Whitehall Patio at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa Convention Center, which is conveniently located next to the ceremony venue.
Our reception will immediately follow (from 2pm to 6pm) in the St. Augustine Ballroom at the same location. It will include exclusive Disney entertainment and dishes. We'll dance and celebrate in the "Happiest Place on Earth"! Also, you never know what surprise guests might show up for our magical occasion!
Directions
Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at locations within Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. The address for the hotel is:

After driving on to Disney property, follow signs for the Magic Kingdom / Magic Kingdom Resorts. You will take
World Drive towards Magic Kingdom, then keep left towards Magic Kingdom Resorts. Continue to a light and make a
left onto Seven Seas Drive. Take Seven Seas Drive to its end, and make a right onto Floridian Way. You will pass
by the entrance to Shades of Green, and the entrance to the Wedding Pavilion is after that on your right:
At the security gate, please inform the attendant that you are going to the Larkin/Barranco wedding that starts
at noon, and park in the lot for the Wedding Pavilion. The Pavilion is a short walk from the parking lot:
After the ceremony, you should move your car to the Grand Floridian's Convention Center self-park parking lot.
Exit the Wedding Pavilion parking lot and turn right on Floridian Way, then make the next right again into the
Grand Floridian Resort main gate:
Go through the Grand Floridian's security gate and tell the attendant that you are going to the Convention
Center for the Larkin/Barranco wedding. Follow signs for the Convention Center section of the parking lot. The
Convention Center is a separate building from the larger Grand Floridian Hotel:
After entering the Convention Center, follow the hallway around to the right to get to the Whitehall Patio. The
reception will be held in the St. Augustine Ballroom Salons A&B and you will be guided there after the cocktail
hour.
Uber/Walking Directions
For those of you who are using Uber/Lyft, Disney's Wedding Pavilion should be a valid destination in the
rideshare app. If that isn't coming up, use the street address of the Grand Floridian written above. Inform your
driver that the entrance to the Wedding Pavillion is right before the main Grand Floridian entrance:
Have your driver tell the attendant that you are being dropped off for the Larkin/Barranco wedding.
After the ceremony, it is an easy 5-minute walk from the Pavilion to the Convention Center. Follow the signs to
the Grand Floridian
Convention Center along the front of the resort. You will be walking underneath a covered walkway for a
majority of the walk, as well as passing underneath the main monorail platform at the entrance to the hotel:
